the raspberry cake is invited to our tables for convivial moments, well known and appreciated by all dessert lovers. Everyone remembers a raspberry cake and everyone also has their own recipe, but the vanilla cream, the raspberries and the shiny mirror finish appealing to the sweet tooth are common to them all.

In a strip or half-block, we offer you a raspberry cake in the pure French tradition, with our added personal touch. Our chefs have revisited the re- cipe to add generosity and originality.

HOW IT IS MADE:

The base is a dacquoise sponge enriched with almonds and hazelnuts to give it texture and a more distinctive flavour.
The vanilla cream, made in our workshops, is smooth. It rounds out the feel in the mouth and its taste is mild and captivating.




Filled with slightly sharp wholeraspberries, this dessert will seduce those who love freshness.

Our pastry cooks’ personal touch,
is a raspberry compote.
Made in our workshops, it reveals the whole flavour of the raspberry. Rediscover the real taste of fruit with a preserve made of 80% fruit purée.
The confit is spread between the biscuit and the cream. It’s our exclusive touch and you won’t find it anywhere else!!!

Just like the most traditional raspberry cake: a bright pink mirror, the ni- cest backdrop to set off your birthday candles.
